PLEASE NOTE: There is a daily limit of $1,005 on the Visa debit cards. This is a security feature that has been set with Visa to protect our members in the case of a lost or stolen card. Please call the credit union on the day that you know you are going to exceed this amount, and we will be glad to make the necessary changes to your account temporarily.
Sign up for eStatements!!!!
If you're already using online banking, why not sign up for our e-statements and receive your monthly or quarterly statements via email. This way you receive your statement around the 2nd day of the month, it cuts down on the quantity of mail you already receive as well as lessens the risk of identity theft, and your last 3 statements are out there anytime you need to look at them or print them. Call the office for details on how to set this up!
The 2016 Christmas Clubs will disburse into the shares (savings) accounts on October 1st, 2015. Your 2016 Christmas club will continue to put the same amounts in as you did in 2015. If you had to close your Christmas Club account early, you will need to stop by the Credit Union office to reopen this account. There isn't a set amount you have to send to this account and you can make changes to your Christmas Club at anytime.

Lost or Stolen Debit or Credit Cards
If you have a lost debit card, please call 1-800-500-1044. If you have a lost credit card, please call 1-800-991-4965. If you have been contacted by the Falcon alert team, your card may have been temporarily blocked until they verify the charges and speak with the cardholder. The phone number to them is 1-800-437-9392.

Do Not Give Out Your Information Over the Phone to Anyone!!
If there is an issue with your account, debit card, or credit card with the Credit Union, you may receive a phone call from Visa that will be an automated system. It will tell you the transaction that is suspicious and will then ask you to push 1 if you made the transaction or 2 if you did not. You will then be transferred to a live person who will then verify ONLY the last four of your social security number to assure this is the correct cardholder. We already have your card number and your social security number. DO NOT give any information over the phone, nor punch any information in the phone! This is a scam! If you are in question about anything, you can call the number on the back of your card or call the office at (731) 423-7499
